WELFIX is on the move — and here’s everything you need to know

This summer, we’re packing up the shelves, loading the vans, and making a bold step forward. In Summer 2025, WELFIX will be moving into a brand-new, larger premises at: 6a Lancaster Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 3LG We’re calling it the WELMOVE, a big moment in our journey, powered by growth, passion, and our ongoing mission to give our customers the best possible service.

Why are we moving?

Because we’ve outgrown our current space, and that’s a good thing.
We’re going from a 4,000 sq ft unit to a 10,000 sq ft warehouse. That’s more stock, more space, and more opportunity to keep doing what we do best: supporting you with the right products, right advice, and right-now delivery.

This new site isn’t just bigger. It’s smarter, easier to access, and designed around you.

What’s changing — and why it matters

Here’s what you can expect when we move:

For our customers:

• More stock on-site = better availability, faster turnarounds
• New collection point with dedicated space for quick pickups
• Proper parking – no more awkward stops or tight manoeuvres
• Improved loading/unloading areas for van and truck drivers

For our team:

• Better warehouse layout and storage systems
• Dedicated office and meeting spaces
• Improved logistics and workflow efficiency
• Room to grow — and serve more customers, faster

And yes, we’re still offering the same great delivery service — with our own van covering local sites within a 60-minute radius, sometimes on the same day when stock allows.

When is it happening?

We’ll begin transitioning in Summer 2025. We’ll share updates as we progress, but please note that some short delays to collections or deliveries may occur while we settle in.

If we anticipate any disruption to service, we’ll let you know well in advance — that’s part of our promise.
